FREE METRO DELIVERY FOR ONLINE ORDERS. CONDITIONS APPLY:
- Free delivery applies to major metro areas only including: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. For areas outside metro a separate price for delivery will be provided by one of our friendly staff. Delivery area to be determined with postcode during checkout.
- Free delivery applies to orders over the value of $ 100.00 based on items only. For any order where the value of the goods in total is under $ 100.00 a $ 10.00 delivery fee will apply.
- Ground floor delivery only. Extra charges will apply for deliveries required above ground floor using stairs or lift access.
- Delivery details given by the client must be correct at the time of order.
- If the delivery requires some assembly or unassembly to fit into the delivery address then extra charges will be applied. Quote to be provided by staff and to be confirmed by the client prior to the work being carried out.
- Customer may be required to assist the driver.
- Approximate delivery dates will be given in advance by one of our friendly staff attending to your order. Courier will not be able to call prior to delivery.
Delivery times are at our discretion and may changed.
- Purchases of multiple products may be delivered separately
(but without affecting the delivery charges given at time of purchase.)
- Client must be available to receive the delivery and sign delivery docket at all times on the day of delivery.
We cannot guarantee that the Client's delivery will fit into the expected time slot. If the client is not available on the confirmed delivery date extra charges may apply.
- If any goods arrive damaged, please contact sales@chairwarehouse.com.au
within 5 working days from receipt of goods. One of our friendly staff will arrange to have the damaged item returned to us and a replacement will be dispatched as soon as possible. Should a replacement not be available, you will be entitled to a refund on the item. Damaged goods must be returned in the same condition as when received by you with all original packaging.
- Delivery should occur within 5-7 working days based on current stock levels.
If there is an issue with delivery timeframes one of our friendly staff will contact you after receiving your order.
3 STEPS TO FOLLOW FOR GREAT DELIVERY:
Before ordering, please carefully check that the items that you plan to purchase will fit into the intended space in your home:

Check the dimensions of the space in which the product will be placed:
- Allow for skirting boards especially in recesses, door or window frames, and headroom under any unusual spaces such as sloping roofs.
- When ordering an item remember to consider your Product’s size when opened.
- Product dimensions shown are taken from the largest or widest point
H = Height, W = Width, D= Depth.

Measure any staircases, doorways or corridors the Product will have to pass through, including space for manoeuvring and turning:
- This is especially important on bulky Products as they require extra space for manoeuvering during delivery and so all measurements should be carefully checked.

To protect your Products, wherever possible we deliver into the delivery address fully boxed and packaged.

Please let us know at time of order if there are any access restrictions or special needs, which must be considered to ensure a successful delivery.

Courier's delivery vehicles can be large. Please check that they can gain safe and ample access to or immediately adjacent to the delivery address.

- Products must be of the same or similar quality (Eg 25mm tops, solid back, etc...).
- Competitors quote must be their standard price not a special discount.
- Competitors quote must be in writing and not more than 7 days old.
